Out of Stock Items
Any items that are out of stock will be notified by telephone or e-mail and a choice will be given to change the order, wait for stock or cancel.  Cancellation will result in all monies paid being refunded.

Made-to-Order Service
Our range of Headoards are made-to-order items and are available to UK customers only.  Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted.  This process does take 10-14 days to complete.
Customers supplying own fabric will be informed by telephone / e-mail if  fabric is not suitable for items being made due to fabric’s have to be stretched on some items.  All pictures shown are examples only and therefore the item may vary due to the fabric cut.

Fire Retardant Treatment
All our fabrics and Customers own fabrics for use with Headboards will be treated with a fire retardant treatment as standard.   This is to conform to the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations.

Prices
Kushdi Headboards reserve the right to review prices and terms at anytime and therefore these are subject to change without notice. 
At any time after ordering, we can correct mistakes in pricing or calculating your purchase price.  In this event you will be informed and have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Payment
We will accept payment by Paypal / Cheques made payable to Kushdi Headboards (cheques will have to be cleared prior to despatch of goods).

Postage
To a UK address - Postage is charged on weight and will clearly be shown on your invoice. 
Orders will usually be despatched within 10-14 days.

 
Privacy Policy
Kushdi Headboards will not pass on any of your details for any reason to a third party except the mailing of goods.

Returns
All orders are carefully checked prior to despatch.  Incorrect, faulty or damaged goods must be notified by e-mail, telephone or in writing within seven days of receipt.  A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect, damaged or faulty products.

Returns which are neither faulty, incorrect, damaged or colour not acceptable will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. In this event postage charges will not be refunded.
If you wish to return goods it is the BUYERS responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned adequately packed and insured.  Incorrect items which are received in good condition by the customer will not be accepted for credit if they are received damaged at Kushdi Headboards.  

No returns will be accepted if goods have had any treatment applied or have been cut in any way. No guarantees or refunds can be given with regard to:
- colour fastness, damage or discolouration caused by sunlight or artificial light sources.
- wear, fading or shrinkage of fabric
- damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents
